Grandma'S Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pastry for a double crust pie (9-inch)
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Stir in water and raisins.
    Cook and stir until bubbly.
    Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
    Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and butter.
    Pour into a pastry lined pie pan (filling will be thin).
    Cover with top crust; seal the fluted edges.
    Cut slits in top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 375\u00b0.
    Bake 30 more minutes or until crust is golden.
