Peach Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. peach Jell-O
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
    1 large container small curd cottage cheese
    1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain and chop\tpeaches,
    save peach juice.
    Add 2 cups boiling water to Jell-O;
    stir well.
    Then add 1 1/2 cups cold water and
    the
    peach
    juice.
    Put\tin
    refrigerator.
    When it starts to jell,
    take
    out\tand stir.
    Add chopped peaches and put back
    in refrigerator.
    Take paper towels and blot cottage cheese; get as much
    moisture
    out\tas
    possible.
    Then add to Jell-O mixture.
    Refrigerate about 2 hours.
    Then beat in Cool Whip. When ready to serve, beat again.
