Wheat Germ Molasses Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. wheat germ or oat bran
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Blend wet ingredients.
    Stir wet with dry just until blended.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
    Watch carefully and test with a toothpick for doneness.
