Swiss Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breasts
    8 slices Swiss cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. water or milk
    1/4 c. apple juice or white grape juice
    pepper to taste
    1 c. dry stuffing mix
Preparation
    Place chicken in buttered dish.
    Cover each breast with cheese slice.
    Combine soup, water and juice.
    Pour over chicken; season to taste.
    Sprinkle stuffing mix over chicken.
    Spray with vegetable spray or drizzle 3 tablespoons butter over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Overbaking makes chicken tough and dry.
