Foiled-Cooked Chuck Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chuck steak or roast
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    3 medium carrots, quartered
    2 stalks celery, cut in 2 inch pieces
    3 medium potatoes, quartered
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place foil in baking dish; place meat on foil.
    Stir together mushroom soup and dry onion mix.
    Spread on meat.
    Top with vegetables.
    Sprinkle with water.
    Fold foil and seal.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
