Steak Calzone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese (Lamagna)
    16 oz. breakfast steak (thin)
    4 oz. mushrooms, drained
    1 small onion, diced
    3/4 c. shredded Provolone cheese
    1 lb. frozen dough, thawed
Preparation
    Roll dough into a 12-inch circle.
    Fry steak with onion and drain.
    On half of circle of dough, put Ricotta cheese with a dash of black pepper.
    Covering
    Ricotta cheese, put steak, mushrooms and Provolone (put in this order).
    Fold over other half of dough to make half moon, covering and sealing firmly.
    Sprinkle flour on top; let bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, until golden.
