Garden Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. flour
    4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon or 6 cubes
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. frozen carrot, broccoli and cauliflower combo
    1 c. frozen hash browns
    3 c. half and half
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In kettle, cook celery and onion in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour until smooth.
    Add water, bouillon, pepper and vegetables; bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add milk and cheese.
    Cook and stir until cheese melts. Do not boil.
