Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
2 3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. sweet milk
3 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon
Preparation

Cream the butter, Crisco and sugar very well. Add eggs (well beaten).
Add milk and flour. Beat 4 minutes.
Fold in flavoring. Start in cold oven. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
