Tomato Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large tomatoes, sliced
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. green onions
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except tomatoes.
    Pour marinade over tomatoes and refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Serve.
