Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. dark corn syrup
1 1/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick oleo, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut (optional)
2 unbaked pie shells (8-inch)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into pie shells.
Bake for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Yield: 2 pies.
