Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 small vanilla instant pudding
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2/3 c. vegetable oil (do not use canola)
    1 bar Bakers German chocolate bar (4-oz.), grated
    1 (6-oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
    Confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, spray bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, cool in pan 1 hour. Invert onto serving plate and dust with confectioners sugar if desired.
