Potato Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 pkg. yeast or 1 cake
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. warm water (98~ to 105~)
    1 c. potato water (98~ to 105~)
Preparation
    Mix yeast with potato water, then add sugar, shortening, salt, eggs and potatoes.
    Add mixture to 6 1/2 cups flour and mix well. Then add the cup of warm water.
    Work well and knead about 10 to 15 minutes, adding the remaining cup of flour as necessary.
    Let rise in greased container.
    Grease top of dough.
    Push down and cover well and refrigerate until needed.
    Remove from refrigerator and let rise until double in bulk.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
