Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 Tbsp. melted shortening
2 c. cooked corn
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix together and beat well.
Drop by spoonfuls in hot oil and fry.
Yields 18 medium fritters.
