Cheesy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. margarine
6 medium squash, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
5 1/2 c. grated American cheese
1 small can chopped green chiles
1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation

In large skillet, saute onion in margarine until transparent. Add sliced squash and let cook in its own liquid.
Combine beaten eggs, sugar, one cup grated cheese and green chiles.
Pour over squash onion mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into dish.
Top with remaining cheese.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
This recipe will serve 6 people.
