Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 Tbsp. sugar
5 tsp. cinnamon
6 apples, sliced and peeled
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/4 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
Preparation

Grease and flour tube pan.
Mix sugar, cinnamon and apples and set aside.
Combine the remaining ingredients.
Mix well until batter is smooth.
Alternate batter, apples-cinnamon-sugar mixture in tube pan until all ingredients have been used.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
