Cinnamon Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft shortening
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly the shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Then add flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Stir in alternately the sour milk.
    Pour into greased and floured 9-inch square pan.
    Mix together the last 3 ingredients and sprinkle over batter.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 9 servings.
    Serve with lemon sauce or cinnamon flavored whipped cream.
