Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. lean beef, thinly sliced
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except beef. Then add beef.
    Marinate 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Cook on racks over baking pans at 175\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours, making sure slices are separated.
