Pineapple Slice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice from 1 large can sliced pineapple
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients to well-beaten egg.
    Combine this with pineapple juice; mix well.
    Cook in a double boiler until clear. Then add butter.
    Pour over sliced pineapple and top with grated cheese.
