Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 red potatoes, boiled with skins on
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green olives
    1 lb. American cheese slices
    1/2 lb. bacon, partially cooked
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook, peel and dice potatoes.
    Mix with next 3 ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
    Spread mixture into greased casserole.
    Top with olives, bacon and cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
