Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 3/4 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in order given.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Double recipe will make 3 pies.
