Breakfast Egg Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 slices bread, broken into pieces
8 oz. Smokie links, cut up or ham or browned sausage
1 c. shredded cheese
8 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
salt
Preparation

The night before, grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Put broken bread into baking dish.
Add the Smokie links or ham or browned sausage and shredded cheese.
Mix the eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt together and pour over the bread.
Let set all night in refrigerator.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
