Molded French Cream(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    3/4 c. superfine sugar
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sour cream and whipping cream in medium saucepan.
    Beat on medium with electric mixer until blended.
    Gradually add sugar and beat well.
    Cook over low heat until warm.
    Dissolve gelatin in water.
    Add to cream mixture and remove from heat.
