Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 c. shortening
3 c. flour
1 c. coffee
3 c. diced apples
Preparation

Combine shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, flour and spices alternately with coffee.
Fold in apples and pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until center springs back.
Makes a moist cake.
Can serve alone or with Cool Whip.
