Shoepeg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 C. onions, chopped
    1/2 C. bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 C. celery, chopped
    1/2 C. cheese, grated
    2 cans shoepeg corn
    1 can French cut green beans
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 pint sour cream
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 C. bread crumbs
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix onions, bell pepper, celery, cheese, corn, green beans, celery soup and sour cream. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with margarine or butter and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
