Golden Mint Potatoes With Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. olive oil
    20 small new red potatoes, cooked and quartered
    2 c. shelled fresh peas
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped fresh mint
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix the wine and oil.
    Place the potatoes in a large bowl.
    Pour the oil mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat well.
    Add the peas, sour cream and mint.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Chill before serving.
    Makes 8 servings.
