Applesauce Surprise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter

Preparation

Cream butter.
Before adding sugar, add eggs and all other ingredients.
Mix well but gently.
Put into tube pan and bake about 1 hour at 275\u00b0.
