Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef, cut in cubes
1 bell pepper, cut
1 onion, cut
1 carrot, cut
1/4 head cabbage
1 can beef broth
3 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
salt to taste
1 Tbsp. oil
3 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

In large skillet warm tablespoon of oil.
When hot, add the beef, onion, carrot and bell pepper, stirring constantly.
Add cut cabbage, soy sauce, pepper and cornstarch.
Cook for 15 to 30 minutes.
Serve with rice if desired.
