Poor Man'S Pierogies(Potato Stuffed Shells) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box large pasta shells
Velveeta cheese or your favorite cheese
instant mashed potatoes
1 diced onion
1 stick butter
Preparation

Cook pasta shells according to package directions.
Prepare 12 servings of instant potatoes as directed, except cut back about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of milk and add a piece of Velveeta cheese to the water when you boil it.
Use as much or as little cheese as you want.
Let cool.
While shells and potatoes are cooling, saute onion in butter.
Pour 1/2 in bottom of cake pan.
