Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Add sugar, cornstarch, salt and egg yolks in heavy pan until mixed good.
Pour scalded milk and butter mixture into first ingredients.
Add coconut and vanilla.
Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue.
Brown.
