Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 bunch green onion bulbs, chopped
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
    2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. crouton crumbs or Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Squeeze to remove liquid.
    Combine spinach, green onions, eggs, cottage cheese and Cheddar cheese.
    Add seasonings.
    Pour into a quiche pan or 10-inch pie plate treated with nonstick spray.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
