Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/3 c. Robin Hood flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation

Spoon flour into measuring cup and level off.
Pour onto wax paper.
Add baking powder and salt to flour and stir to blend. Cream the sugar, shortening and egg thoroughly. Add blended dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
Add blueberries and fill in paper lined muffin pan cups about 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm with butter.
Makes 1 1/2 dozen muffins.
