Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken breasts
    2 small onions
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    salt
    water
    1 (16 oz.) spaghetti
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    paprika
    1 c. half and half
    1 (3 oz.) jar grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In 8-quart saucepan, boil chicken, 1 onion, pepper and 1 tablespoon salt.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes.
    Remove chicken.
    Strain 4 cups chicken broth.
    When chicken has cooled, remove meat from bones.
    Prepare spaghetti as labeled, spread out evenly in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Chop remaining onion and saute mushroom, onion and lemon juice in 2 tablespoon butter. Melt remaining butter in same pan, stir in flour, 2 teaspoons salt, nutmeg and 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
    Add half and half, chicken and mushroom mixture to chicken broth; heat thoroughly.
    Spoon mixture over spaghetti.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
