Blueberry Muffins * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. fresh, uncooked or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Sift together flour and sugar.
    Make hole in mix, add eggs, oil, vanilla and milk.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Add blueberries. Pour into baking cups and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 24.
