Grilled Chicken Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1 yellow pepper
1 tomato
goat cheese
olive oil
baguette
salt and pepper
eggplant
Preparation
-
Slice baguette and toast under broiler with olive oil.
Set aside.
Slice chicken into thin layers.
Broil with salt and pepper to taste.
Slice thin yellow pepper, tomato and eggplant. Coat with olive oil.
Broil and flip over for other side.
Spread bread with goat cheese and fill with chicken, pepper, tomato and eggplant.
Eat while warm.
