Chicken Corn Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
8 to 10 potatoes
5 containers of corn
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
Salt to taste
Preparation

Put chicken in pot and cover with water. Boil until done. Remove bones and skin. Dice meat and put aside. Peel 8 to 10 potatoes. Dice and put in chicken broth. Cook until just about done. Add chicken and about 5 containers of corn. Keep adding until you have the desired amount. Add 1 dozen hard cooked eggs chopped in large pieces. Add salt to taste.
