Hot Crab Meat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crab meat
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. chopped onion and celery
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Place crab meat in saucepan with melted butter, celery and onion.
Stir until heated.
Add flour and milk.
Stir to thick enough to spread.
Spread on small rye bread, toasted, or wheat crackers.
