Hamburger Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 carrot, peeled and sliced
    1 potato, sliced
    10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine beef, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Put meat in bottom of slightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Put layer of onions and carrots, ending with layer of potatoes.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Combine soup and water; mix until smooth.
    Pour evenly over vegetables and meat.
    Bake 90 minutes.
