Lois' Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped fine fresh tomatoes
    2 lb. ground chuck beef
    3 large onions, chopped fine
    3 green peppers, chopped
    3 c. mushrooms, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil or olive oil
    6 (3 oz.) cans tomato paste
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 lb. ground pork (optional)
    2 Tbsp. Accent
Preparation
    Brown onion, celery, beef and pork (if pork is used, eliminate salt).
    Add to tomato mixture which includes all of the remaining ingredients.
    Add 3 bay leaves.
    Remove later.
    Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 quarts sauce.
    Freeze some for later.
