Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground sausage
    1/2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. cream
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except water; form into balls.
    Brown slightly in small amount of butter.
    Add water; cover.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Pour into casserole.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
