Cranberry-Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped unpeeled apples
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained well
1/2 c. halved seedless grapes
1/4 c. walnut pieces
Preparation

In blender, grind cranberries and apples together.
Place in small bowl with sugar; let stand 30 minutes.
In large bowl, dissolve jello in water.
Stir in pineapple juice.
Chill until partly molded.
Fold in pineapple, cranberry mix, grapes and walnuts.
Pour in a 6-cup mold or 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Chill until firm.
