Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (0.3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored sugar-free gelatin
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 c. strawberries, sliced
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. low-fat sour cream
    cooking spray
    curly leaf lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine gelatin and boiling water in a bowl; stir until gelatin dissolves.
    Add strawberries; chill 30 minutes or until partially set.
    Add pineapple and pecans; stir well.
    Spread half of gelatin mixture evenly into an 8-inch square pan coated with cooking spray; chill slightly.
    Stir sour cream into remaining gelatin mixture; spread evenly into pan.
    Chill 20 minutes or until set.
    Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
    Yields 9 servings.
