Creamy Skillet Potatoes(Ultra Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    4 Tbsp. lite sour cream
    2 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Precook potatoes in microwave until slightly tender.
    Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
    Brown onions and potatoes.
    When potatoes are golden brown, add all remaining ingredients and simmer until sauce thickens.
    Serve warm.
    Great side dish with almost any meal.
    Entire recipe makes 6 servings. Less than 1 gram of fat per serving.
