B.B.Q. Meat Loaves & Cheddar Potatoes - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 large egg
1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 pkg. (16 - 20 oz.) refrigerated mashed potatoes
1/4 c. milk (2%)
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat boiler. Cover broiling rack with foil for easier cleaning. In medium bowl combine beef, egg, crumbs, salt and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce just until blended. On foil lined rack shape meat mixture into 4-inch long oval loaves. Broil meat loaves about 4 inches from heat for 12 minutes; turning over once; spoon remaining sauce on top. Heat potatoes and milk over medium heat until hot. Remove from heat and add cheddar cheese.
