Spinach And Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions on the package; drain well.
    Saute onions in the margarine.
    Drain and quarter artichoke hearts.
    Mix all ingredients together. Pour in a 2-quart casserole dish and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
