Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. coarsely chopped, fresh apples
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation

Mix Wesson oil, sugar and eggs.
Beat until smooth.
Sift together flour, soda, salt and baking powder.
Mix thoroughly on moderate speed.
Add vanilla, nuts (optional) and apples.
Mix. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. A very good cake.
