Creole Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Place
    chicken in 1 1/2 quart baking dish;
    sprinkle
    with
    salt and pepper.
    Combine rice, water, tomato sauce, green pepper, celery, onion and thyme in bowl;
    mix well.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake, covered, with foil for 1 hour.
