Elephant Ears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
    6 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs until very fluffy, about 8 minutes.
    Beat in water and salt; stir in flour.
    Knead slightly, until not sticky, but still soft.
