Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    flour
    shortening
    1 c. mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine meat, egg, onion, milk, cornflakes, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Form into 6 patties.
    Roll in flour; brown in shortening.
    Place in baking dish; cover with mushroom soup. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
