Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 blocks oleo
    2 or 3 medium onions
    1 bell pepper
    4 ribs celery
    1 can Ro-Tel
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    dash of Worcestershire
    parsley
    2 buttons garlic
    1 can mushroom soup
    3 lb. peeled shrimp or medium crawfish
Preparation
    Saute oleo, onions, bell pepper, celery and Ro-Tel for about 4 hours covered.
    Add juice of lemon, Worcestershire and 2 buttons of garlic.
    Then add mushroom soup and shrimp.
