Rave Reviews Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 1/3 c. cold water
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O instant pudding
    4 eggs
    2 c. Baker's flaked coconut
Preparation
    Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in a large mixing bowl, beating at medium speed for 4 minutes.
    Stir in coconut and pecans.
    Pour into 3 layer pans (greased and floured). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool in pans for 15 minutes. Remove and cool on rack.
    Fill and top with frosting.
